For many camper owners, cooking anything but toast or hot water inside the camper is forbidden territory.

Even many caravan owners prefer not to smoke up the van with frying fumes, and which leave a lingering odour that can negate that “new smell” and reduce the resale value. Now if your a seasoned traveller with a well used camper that doesn’t understand what all the fuss is about, that’s OK too.  You don’t have to change your ways, but maybe upskilling in the recipe department would help turn meal time into something more exciting. 

One of the best things about camping is the taste of food cooked on a bbq. But camp style cooking doesn’t have to be basic and boring, even if you are limited to a pit fire and hotplate.
